Casting

Some of the most common phobias people experience are public speaking and public nudity. Here at Bare Book Club Dallas we embrace both. If you would like to audition for a guest spot please read our casting criteria below.

• Must be comfortable being fully nude in public for extended periods of time.
• Must have experience in public speaking (acting, debate team, etc.). 
• Must be a performer of some kind (burlesque, circus, singer, actor, etc.).
• Must be able to attend 3 rehearsals (virtually when necessary).
• Must have attended a Bare Book Club or Naked Girls Reading event.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please reach out to BBC if you have questions about our vaccine policy or need help getting a vaccine.

If you meet these criteria and would like to audition please send a video of yourself reading to barebooksdallas@gmail.com. You do not need to be nude for your audition and we recommend reading something you love where you can showcase your acting skills.
